REVEL FIT CLUB is a professional and well-equipped strength-based, high-intensity interval group training studio. Our facility offers amenities such as lockers, showers, towel service, and a smoothie bar. Our classes are 50 minutes long and take place every hour. During the class, clients alternate between the treadmill and the floor exercises.

At REVEL FIT CLUB, we understand that some days you might not be in the mood for cardio. That's why we offer the option to focus solely on floor exercises if you prefer. Each day of the week targets different muscle groups to ensure a well-rounded workout. We also change our schedule every 12 weeks to prevent plateaus and keep your body challenged.

Our studio provides a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, medicine balls, FitBenches, and TechnoGym treadmills. Our treadmills offer three different modes - regular, sled, and parachute - allowing you to work on strength, power, and endurance.

To ensure proper form and technique, we have TVs placed throughout the room. These TVs also help you stay on track with the workout. Our trainers are highly skilled and considered the best in San Diego. They create their own workouts, choose the music, and offer their unique training styles.

What sets REVEL FIT CLUB apart is that we prioritize your enjoyment while delivering results. The energetic atmosphere with loud music and low lighting sets the stage for a fun workout experience. You can leave your worries at the door and focus solely on your fitness journey.

Our equipment is state-of-the-art and includes TechnoGym treadmills, FitBenches, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, TRX, medicine balls, mini bands, and TV screens for perfect posture and form demonstrations.

REVEL FIT CLUB's treadmill modes - regular, sled, and parachute - offer various workout intensities to cater to individual fitness goals.
